Our declination was reasoned. Our selection committee analyzes the general previous sales of the offered books product group, customer expectations, and the possible benefit-cost ratio relating to sales.
In the case of the relevant book it was found that it would not be able to perform at the level of applicable minimum sales requirements.
By our above declination, we are not in violation of the Republic of Estonia Competition Act as we are not prohibiting you from selling the book yourself or through another reseller.
